Joseph Durinzi Sr.

When speaking of the studio, one should start at the top, where you
will find the motivation and experience necessary to function smoothly
and to complete the job in a professional manner. For those here at
Carl Wolf Studio we look to Mr. Durinzi (Mr. D.) to set the example.
His years of experience have led him to intimate knowledge of every
step of the processes we use daily. His advice is a prized asset to the
company and has led us to the position we occupy now, that of a
secure and dedicated business, committed to its clients, willing to
incorporate new ideas and methods, yet still uses the reliable standards.

Michael Durinzi

Michael is in a sense the studio's driving force.
Involved with every aspect of the studio, from the
photographers to production, he makes sure that we are willing
and able to go above and beyond to meet a client's needs.
Familiar with the particular requirements of the schools we deal with,
and kept up to date on the needs of yearbook editors,
Mike provides the final goal that we all work toward:
To do whatever it may take to satisfy the needs of our customers
.

Theresa Durinzi
Theresa is responsible for the aesthetic and quality control issues
that the studio deals with on a day to day basis. In her career with the
studio she has been involved with every aspect of portrait production,
from retouching and spotting to digital airbrush. Having risen to
Art Director she sees that the studio makes full use of its artistic potential,
either by hand or with graphics software, to give our customers that
extra bit of consideration necessary that makes the difference
between what is simply acceptable and what is something to take pride in.

Joseph Durinzi Jr.
Joe is the backbone of the studio in that he is in charge of seeing
to one of our primary goals: the production of yearbook portrait
photos. This is no small undertaking given the number of schools
and the average graduating class size that we have to work with.
Through an excellent partnership with those he works with,
Joe sees to it that all seniors are present, that the
proper pose is used, and that above all, the deadline
for the pictures is achieved. Given the difficult nature of this task,
and how time consuming it can be, Joe gives credit to those
of us here who assist him in reaching the end result.

Peter C. Coolbaugh
Mr. Coolbaugh is in charge of all the film that comes into the
studio of a candid nature, be it pictures taken by our photographers
or the yearbook staffs at the respective schools that
we service. Pete and his diligent crew are responsible for
thousands of rolls of negatives and take great care in there handling
and organization, and it is through him that they are
processed to produce prints for all manner of purposes.
There is more to his job than that, but we only have the one server.

(And he really is allot friendlier than he looks in this particular picture.)
(Really.)
